In between classes, Youngsaeng picked up the habit of lingering in the spaces where professors might be. Normally he looked for the quietest area but with the end of his seventh year painfully in sight, he wanted to make sure to build as many connections as possible. From his father’s most recent letters, it was painfully apparent that there were to be severe consequences if he were to not secure himself some sort of position or plan for further education following he end of the semester.Today, the first adult he managed to stumble across was actually by pure accident, after he had already given up on social interaction for the day and decided to step into the greenhouse to stand in the sun for a few moments. Upon sight of the professor he bowed immediately, an automation of manners. “Good afternoon professor, may I assist you with that.”
Jokwon smiled at the student’s introduction, finding himself to return the favor. He forgot what a formal greeting sounded like- since he allowed students to talk informally with him. He chuckled, “Oh, thanks for your offer, but I just finished cleaning up.” The professor was sure he wasn’t done with cleaning, he had more than one greenhouse anyways. But the tidiness of this greenhouse was enough for today. Jokwon was hoping that the student had some knowledge in Herbology, everyone is at a risk when the greenhouses are untidy. “Are you sure you want to help me or do you need help?”

Pororo had just ended his last class of the day, and was preparing to cry about his life in his room. That class had been horrible, the kids making fun of him, his height, and his blue skin. He trudged out of the classroom, sighing for the hundredth time that day. Just because he was a penguin, and he’s cute…….the students constantly took advantage of that. Some were fine, paying attention and handing in homework on time, but the rest were completely uninterested in promoting to the next year. He had a quota to meet, and he didn’t want to risk being sacked by the Ministry.He walked passed the Herbology room, and eyed the fellow professor who was removing the soil in interest. He knocked on the door and smiled. “I couldn’t help but notice your annoyed facial expressions from outside…….need any help?”
Jokwon smiled at Pororo’s question, finally someone who would help him clean up. Thing is, everything was tidy and he was preparing to leave the classroom. He knew Pororo was a sensitive person and if he turned him down- he was afraid that he would hurt the penguin’s feelings. He gave the other professor a small smile before saying, “I don’t think I need any help for now.” He walked towards the greenhouse doors and closed it. “But, since classes are dismissed,” He said while locking the door. “Do you want to catch a drink of butterbeer?”
